Dragging racing stop light

Hello me and my friends do a lot of drag racing,

Where can we buy a traffic light so we can use it to really and start of races? You know the light that blinks red, ther yellow, then green. Please let me know where we can buy one so we can really start dragging racing.

Second, where is a good place to buy a radar speed gun, so we can see how fast our cars are going?
