We don't have the death penalty here, we just let them think out their mistakes in jail and then give them parole after 5 years for good behaviour, then they get out, rape and kill a little girl, then they go back to prison, the kind with a golf course, then they get out after 10 years for time served and they commit another crime, only to be put back in jail, but they get out out due to a technicality from a screwed up DNA testing system.

Yes, as a Canadian, I am very proud of our justice system.
