i just bought a 19t robinson racing clutch bell and i can't seem to get it to mesh with my 57t integy(i know now its crap!) spur gear! are they a different pitch?

19T robinson? Got a part number?

I'm guessing your running the newer type maxx/jato spur? Not the old 2.5 spur:
New: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXPBL8&P=7
Old: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXJG45&P=7

The old maxx spurs were 32P (32 teeth per inch I think). The newer spurs are .8 pitch (not sure what that's relative too). So if you have a 32P bell and a .8P spur, it will not match up at all.

The revo runs 1M pitch like most 1/8 scale rigs. So, if you have a 1M revo bell (which RRP does have) it won't match up to a .8P spur either.

I have no idea why traxxas doesn't just run 1M on all their rigs. Just stupid IMHO.

i know the slash/rustler/bandit/stampede is all 48 pitch. why can't the t/e maxx and revo/ erevo all be the same

RRP part #8019 i bought it off ebay and the guy said it was for the t maxx but after looking at the package it says its for a revo is there a spur gear i can get to mesh with it or do i need to buy another clutch bell?

Well, with revo pitch gears, to get the same ratio as a stock 3.3 maxx (2.45:1 - 54 spur/22 CB) with a 19T revo bell, you would need to find a 47T (46.63) 1M spur for a revo. I do not believe that exists.

I think I'm right on my ratio's and numbers...
