I'm soooo getting this. Anybody else excited about this game? I've never played Guitar Hero but it always looked fun to me and the wife has always been sort of intrigued by it as well. This DJ version just puts the interest level over the top for me. Definitely gonna go pre-order this.

I heard them talking about it on Bob and Tom the other day. Might be pretty fun, although I havent played Guitar Hero either but I want to try it too.

Dunno about this one. I own GH on Wii and it's fun. I also have Rock Band on 360. Like that more because I love sitting on the drum kit. Unfortunately I play guitar in real life so it's very hard for me to play the guitar in the video game. My instincts kill what I'm supposed to be doing in the game. But the DJ thing doesn't really appeal to me. Who knows. Maybe it'll be fun. But not at the top of my list.

I have GH for PS2 and my wife and I love it, it's by far the best game we own! The DJ thing looks worth trying IMO.

Unfortunately I play guitar in real life so it's very hard for me to play the guitar in the video game. My instincts kill what I'm supposed to be doing in the game.

My bother in law has the same problem, and of coarse I'm there to let him know that little kids play better than him

It may be fun to play though since I wasn't feeling GH either. Once I tried it I had to have it.

Just got GH5 and it has a mail away coupon for a free copy of GH Van Halen.

And me too. At first I could wipe the floor with my brother, but after he got the hang of the timing thing it's the other way round.

I love playing GH Metallica, just need to buy the drums.

The only reason I even know of it is because I saw an add the other day when I was uploading pics to photobucket. I like rhythm and beat type music and I've always been fascinated with scratch sequences in music. At any rate, it grabbed my attention and I think my wife might actually play too. end of October though... geez.

Nah, I just like the car racing games. 90% of all games I've ever played are race games.
