I have two gallons of fuel, both of which are old and i'm not sure how to get rid of them. Do i put them in the recycle bin? Do i dump out the fuel in the sink, grass, backyard where? I'm basically asking what can i do to throw away a gallon of fuel that has about 1/4 inch left? And how can i get rid of the fuel? thanks

I take them to the local mechanic shop (it's close).
He either puts it with his waste oil, or uses it in his tool cleaning machine.
If it's just a drop, do what you want with it.
Works great as a weed killer..lol

so it wont really hurt the environment if i dump ten drops on some weeds then? and i guess ill just toss the gallons in our big garbage can...

I probaly wouldn't pure a few gallons of the stuff out. I would burn it or find someone to despose of it.

oh so basically the gallon jugs with some at the bottom? I myself just toss them in the burning barrell. Id imagien it probably isnt great for the enviorment, but either is driving so.. ;)

In this case throwing them in garbage is ok.Damage to the environement, not that much. The landfills are full of decomposing and dangerous material so much more dangerous your little bit of fuel will not change anything.

I usually keep mine (if it's not all that much) for cleaning air filters. It does a much better job than motor spray, and it seems like it's better for the engines in the end-run.

It should be. I've got a gallon that's close to 5 years old, and it still burns... Prolly not as good as it could, but it still burns none-the-less.

the gas doesn't really blow up it makes a small flame that looks green.and i have some powermaster fuel over 5 years old that i found and shaked it up and runs good on my picco.

I use it to soak the neighborhood kids RC's. They never seem to take care of them and they all are gunked up. It de-gunks nasty nitros.
