i got my savage 25 about two weeks ago i broke it in i used about 4 tank and the roto start stoped spining engine 3 days later it worked again then it went again then i noticed one of the scrows in the back plant was gone and there was a big chip out the side were the scrow was.
 
had the same prob with my .25 cheap and easy fix, i think the part bumber is 1431 :) hope that helps
 
it may be easier for you to just fix it in stead of sending it way the price vs. shipping and turn around time your looking at a few weeks or so just fix it on your own and tell hpi to send you the parts!!

Don't count on HPI for poop, they won't send it to you, I've had problems w/ the clutch springs and HD dogbones breakin, and they basically told me "piss off u little poop...."

If you do call, say you're tired of them and want to speak to a manager right away...
 
are get my dad to call them because i am only 14 and tell him what you have sad
