Differential gear on pan car question

Hello fellow RC folks. I just purchased a 1/12 scale Kyosho Buick stocker roller on ebay (cheap enough).This is the car below. The drive gear has a few broken teeth and needs replacing but I can't find it ANYWHERE... I tried all brands.. the gear itself has little 3 little gears in it and is capped by 2 beveled gears one for axle and other on wheel if that makes any sense..it comes off so I was thinking just replace the gear..no chance cuz I can't tell by pictures if anything will work other than finding the exact gear it came with...Anybody out there who can help me out with this now frustrating predicament and I end up tossing it in the trash?...

Old kyosho stuff is hard to find. I have 2 Rc10L and no problem finding parts. Just tires.

get some measurements on paper. and take a look here might be able to make something work..
RJ Speed
axel dia. with length to hubs .
height off chassis
distance of front plate to 1st touch of axel.
how will I mount a wheel to this when complete?
