I am going to put 7000wt oil in front and back, but I have never used Diff oils before, I have a savage .25 with the 4 gear diffs, do I fill the diff up to the top of the cup or do I leave some room and do I have to put some sort of gasket between the diff cup and the bevel gear.
Yeah I know it sounds noob but oh well.
 
You fill it just to the cross shaft of the side gears. You need room for the diff oil to expand or you'll blow the diff open with the expanded fluid under pressure...
 
I'm doing the same exact thing as you, 7k and the spider mod all around...

the gasket is already there but if damaged you need to get another one
