ok this may sound like a dumb question but here goes:

i got some diff fluid and i was wondering if i put it inside the diff itself or put it on the outside like you do the grease. i've had the diff's apart because i put the CVD's on it last week, and was wondering if i have to open them up and pour it in and seal it back up. thanks guys

Ok that is what I tought. Do u fill it up like u do when u put oil in shocks? I'm assuming that its nearly impossible to put oil in the diffs without making a mess....do I still put the silicone greeze on the outside of the diff cup?

Fill the cup just about all the way. Then use your grease on the ring and pinion. It's a little messy. Some fluid might squeeze outta the cup when you tighten the screws.
