i have $200 to spend and i was thinking about getting a diablo .28 or
hyper 21 turbo but i want a shitload(pardon my spanish) of power. i ve heard the diablo .28 is the same as the wasp .28 so then it will have a lot of power if there similar.

From what everyone says the collari .30 has a shitload of power and I have seen them for 189 plus shipping on ebay

I'm just asking about the diablo is it like the wasp cause those things are sick

iirc, the diablo is like a wasp. though the collari really is the better motor for the money. rated at like 3.5hp.

yeah its like the wasp. it has 800 more rpm's acording to towerhobbies. no matter what you will have a pimp engine. i have the hyper .21 turbo, awsome, great price, easy break in and starting. i have no experinces w/ the other motors but they hall ass. if u do get the hyper .21 i found that traxxas top fuel 20% works well.

peace,mark

With the Collari having that kind of power, i couldnt choose anything else.

I've heard the collari's are finkiy to tune. The wasp and diablo are basically the same motor. And for the price the sh .28 is a monster....3.5hp claimed.

what does finkiy to tune mean? hard or easy? well what about the break in procdure is it easy?

peace mark

Not sure about break in....but I've heard from 2 or 3 people that getting them in that sweet spot...and keeping it there is more difficult than most motors.....
