Looking for a decent E-mail / Web surfing / Word / Excel type PC...I need jeust the PC no cables / keyboard / mouse....needs to be able to surf the web at reasonable speed...XP preffered...looking for CHEAP sale or trades.....

just to clarify I don't need word or Excel or even XP on the machine ...I just need a stable web surfing machine so my laptop isn't the web surfing whore of my house.....someone has to have an older P4 or AMD machine just sitting there collecting dust...
