Not too sure what i think of this body, its a cool idea but more of a hassle imo. My buddy is running it and just ended up gluing the rear fenders in place.

Hahahaha. I was Reading on the website... "Breakaway body panels for full-scale carnage action" I Found that quite funny. I like the body, but I can imagine about the gluing of the fenders.

Ya they just velcro on so their not gonna last too long.

I agree but in some cases its kinda cool, my buddy has it like i said but with ax10 shocks and super soft springs so its set up like a baja and has crazy travel wich looks cool with a missing fender.

i think if you were to replace the velcro with some magnets and stratigically place them so they dont mess with the electronics it would work better. but it is a really cool idea!

Great idea for a snake race though...last person with body parts remaining wins.

I can see that being a lot of fun, maybe even an RC Demo derby.

it makes some cool vid imo, check out the proline vid for it sometime.

I saw that slowngreen. it does look pretty cool, but like mentioned above, it could get annoying going out and gather up the parts after a while.

Proline stole my Idea. I had the first "carnage" body MONTHS ago, after I busted off my rear fenders, I made little velcro tabs to hold them on, work like a charm, and looked badass! Start the race with a full body, but after a few hits you fender starts hanging off, looked really cool. too bad I didn't go into production... :)

I was looking at these on prolines site, it seems that it leaves to much open for damage after they pop off.

I'll pass.

ya I've seen a bunch of different paint jobs on this lid, i'll try to find some and link em. Some get indepth and look great.

Looks cool but IMO that would just be pain in the a$$ going around picking up pieces of you body every time you crash, NO THANKS!!!!!
