First of all, please turn the caps lock off. It is considered yelling in the internet world when you type in all caps...not to mention it gets hard to read after a bit.
Considering the brake servo and the throttle servo are one and the same, it sounds like the guy at Traxxas is clueless (go figure). On the odd chance that he might be right...when you pull the trigger does the throttle servo move? If so, the servo is probably fine, and the rest of this post applies. If the servo does not move, then you probably have a fried servo...but that is another issue.
Odds are the brake plates just did not release. If you look near the front end of the tranny case you should see a small post with a bit of piano wire sticking out to the left side of the truck. This post should have a bit of linkage that runs to one side of your throttle servo (the other side has the actual throttle linkage). Give that little post a jiggle and see if the brake plates release.
If not, then turn the truck over. Look near the front of the tranny from the bottom. You should see the front centerline drive axle. On it there is a blue aluminum hex with a disk sandwiched between two plates. Give that disk a wiggle and see if the plates release. Try the wheels now.
If the brake releases and the wheels are still locked, then odds are something in the tranny has let go. My bet would be one of the clutches. The reversing mechanism tends to get a bit sticky and can lock up the tranny.
