RC Driving Style
today i got my first tank of denatured alcohal...and having never messed with the stuff i didnt know wether it should be used only outside or in the garage to clean up my r/c's...anyway...i went ahead and used it in my room were my workbench is and now my room is full of the smell of the alcohal. am i killing my self or is this stuff ok to be used in the house? this is probably common sense, but just wondering how everyoen else works with it.
 
:nuke: i would never use something that gives off fumes in an indoor area because it can take forever to go away but it will mostly make you feel nautious or maybe just a headache depending on how much you already got in ya or you will start to feel verry dizzy dont worry until you drink it thats when you should worry
 
no your not ok. you are going to die in about 2 minutes..




j/k i have no idea. but i would think it would kill some brain cells if you sniff it directly from the bottle. I'm not sure. I've never used the stuff.
 
:thumbup: be sure to tape up the doors and windows so the fumes dont get out, then spray away!
 
I painted my finger nails with white out and wrote I'm So EMO across this to make fun of these kids at school anyway i washed my fingers off in AceTon to get the white out off, got in a cut, it sucked bad.
 
you should be fine my room is my work shop with a work bench and stuff in it and i use nitro cleaners in my room they give off more fumes than denatured alcohol i use the HPI stuff or dynamite nitro force and I'm fine or aybe I've just inhaled too many fumes already but nonethe less just crack a window or suttin fo fresh air if you want
 
heh thx guys. I'm sure ill be fine...i had a women (with there super sensitive olfactory organs) come take a wiff and she didnt think much of it. probably becuase she used to nail polish or something anyways lol.
 
just make sure when u take a wiff of it take deep breaths it get u higher..... if it dont do damage :hbd:
