So I was down at my LHS today and found a box with an almost complete chassis for a 4 tec 3.3. It has the servos, no linkage. No engine. Everything else was there mostly.. missing a few screws.. and it needs wheels and tires. 45 bucks!! Not too bad for something thats mostly complete..

good for you. that just goes to show you if keep your eyes and ears open you can find bargans. way back in the late 60s a friend bought a new 1968 ply barracuda. hp 340, 4 speed. it had these cool ext tips, so i bought some for my 1965 300 L. took them off, sat for decades, got rusty ect. found a guy restoring a 68 340. ask him if he wanted the old rusty things. YEP. so i sent them. now i can feel good that they are going to be put to good use.

So I finally got around to getting some stuff for this thing. I bought a 3.3, some chassis part, wheel hub extensions, a receiver box, and an hpi 67 stingray body. I can't wait for the weather to break and see this thing fly!

I bought a complete TRX Rustler from a kid for $40 yesterday because he broke the pull start..... Radio and all!
