Its a Hyper 8 port .21

Here are a few pics of the ole Battle Ax after 9 months and 4 gallons of abuse. Take close look at the spur. One thing that will kill a metal spur is chassis flex. The pick shows a bit of wear but it still looks like new. The CyberMaxx hos near 0 flex.

So any injuries during that 4 gallons? if so anything major?

As a matter of fact. After the break in period when I realized I needed to upgrade the drive train to handle all the power I haven't broken a single part with the exception of Drive Shafts (Weak Link) and 3 RPM A-Arms.

What kind of shockas are them? Them things are Sweet!! Where can I get some? Sweet sweet truck by the way!

Those are Integy shocks.

Just a public FYI, and ScottM from RCSolutions may want to chime in here....... Our engines are BIGGER than what you can install in the standard Cybermaxx kit. I would check with ScottM if you plan on installing something along the lines of what Eddy and I have to make SURE that your engine will fit.

I wanted to get that out there.

Thanks,
Chris

those are nice rides (christian and eddy) they realy kick ass!! hey christian i know the nice lookin not want to be driven truck feeling! but everyone gave me crap about not driven my show truck, so i undid the heavy show crap and threw on some dace and some rpm and i was out beatin my truck like a red headed step child and proud of it!!!!:jester:

I'll have a set of 8 Brand new Purple Integy Piggybacks for sell in a week or so.

FastEddy - Your truck is also pimp as hell but I don't have to tell you that. I'm very happy to hear about the lack of chassis flex.

Sup Maxx - Don't tell BigBoysToys but every time I go over to his work to "shoot the chit" I'm robbing them blind..hehe.

Yeah....I've got this Source in NYC that sells me stolen Hobby goods for dirt cheap. I'm making a small fortune on E-bay.

I just change my mind allot and have impulse buys from time to time. The Integy's kick ass and especially if you sand the pistons some for smooth action but I'm gonna be running OFNA Buggy shocks on my soon to be CyberMaxx.

Chris, all cybers clear tall engines and heads, since our episode last year with yours and Eds.

Ed and I are using the Hyper 21 8P. Its cheap and works great, and doesn't punish driveline parts as bad as a Picco .26.

Good eye, maxx trooper, the stock tank is backward. It was necessary because of the cage. We now have an adapter ring to use an Ofna 125cc buggy tank, and it does work better. Much tougher too - I broke stock tanks constantly before.

RCX will be a blast, are you going this year Ed? Also Ed, where did you get this servo horn?

Um, should this thread be moved to the RC Sol forum? Wonder if I can move it....Nope, I'm not cool enough, LOL!
