HOLY COW!!! Is there any info on that beast? I wonder how heavy that is and how much it costed the owner to build. Interesting wheels and tires.

the wheels and tires are setup wheels, u dont actually drive on them. i have a pair for a 1/8 scale buggy

WOW! I bet that was alot of $$$$$$. NA u said setup wheels? Where do u gat those? And how much?

team - better to use a setup jig for an onroad car. the wheels are better used for 1/8scale buggy racing.

I will post some links for ya, after i get back from lunch

eddy - mjime posted that on another site - i am waiting for him to email me back about whos it is.

You would use setup wheels on a setup bord like this one to help adjust the caster, camber, and toe on RC cars and trucks.

You can get the bord at Tower Here

I spotted this ride at the track this weekend and I had to get the owner to let me take some pics it is just so amazing. He calls it the "Terminator" for obvious reasons. He took conventional anodized aluminum hop-up parts and polished them to get the effect of chrome. It is still incomplete, there are still a couple more parts to be changed over from plastic.

Sup guys. That car............ I have no info on. :sorry: It was emailed to me by a friend who is into RC also. I have no idea where he found it. I just looks pretty slick, but I wouldnt drive it. The last thing I would want to do is scratch it.

As for the setup wheels, Yokomo has a set. They are a must for onroad racers who are super hardcore and are anal about the smallest measurement. You really cannot use the wheels you run to do setup because of the width of the wheel. Also, if they are used, the ware will cause inaccurate settings. You can use a wheel without tires, but again, the width of the wheel throws it off slightly.

I'm guessing that is just a show car. Can you imagine hitting a curb, another car, small child with that thing going 50mph? I would break down and cry like a little baby.

Well it doesn't have to weigh a ton to hurt...

Remember even a .22LR bullet only weighs a few miniscule ounces...but it'll kill ya easy. a .223 will kill ya even easier...

yeah, but a .223 out of an M16 or AR15 is going to be traveling a lil faster than 55 mph, robriguez, lol.

Talk about bling! I wonder how heavy that car is. That's a lot of time and effort to strip the anodizing and polishing off all those parts.

DAMN !!!!

That is bad a$$!!!!! I think i am going to have to take aprat my car and hit up a friend of mine that owns a CNC machine!!!!! hehehehe... all i will need to do is buy some blocks of aluminum.... I want one!!!! what kind of mill is in that thing???

:ahh: :ahh: :ahh:

I think I need to go change my shorts!

Looks like a combination of team and hardcore parts!

Nice ride!

The setup wheels are a lot more common than some of you might think. And like mjime said, they make it better for setup. Mine are plastic but do the job.

those wheels look just like the drag racing wheels that they sell. And the tires are rubber rings that just go around it. I was looking around the net the other day and ran in to these. Look pretty sweet
