cutting out when accelerating

hi there was wondering if any one could help me ,iv got a tomahawk bx i get the car started but when i accelerate the car seams to stall the engine seams to be warm and fuel in can any one help

if you have a good ear you hear if a engine is lean or rich. a lean engine will sound hard, or raspy, and if you let off it will gain speed. a rich engine will sound lite, and fluffy, may be smoke out the pipe, and if you open the throttle it will not clean out quick. but like i said it takes a GOOD ear.
 
It's the LSN if you're having problems with the initial acceleration.
When the engine is warmed up let it idle and pinch off the fuel line close to the carb.
Count how many seconds it takes for the engine to shut off.
