I am looking into getting a XL soon. Has anyone delt with customer service and how are they? I don't want to get something that someone will not back.
Never bought HPI. So i thought i wouold ask.

i never delt with them but i have heard good things. it seems like they replaced some ones lipos within a week after they called. also traxxas has really good customer support

If the only time you need to fix something on your savage is from the warranty coverage, then you aren't running it right.

Trust me, once you get used to handling one and after the engine break in, you won't stay within the manufacturers limits of coverage. You'll be racing it, jumping it, crawling it up hills, whatever you can to push it to the limit. And when you break something doing that, no warranty is going to save you.

Hey thanks guys.
I just wanted to make they stand behind their stuff. Just incase i buy a lemon you know. Cause it can happen. (It always does to me anyway:D)

Hpi has the best customer support. I think it is better than Traxxas and Ofna. When trying to connect to a Hpi representative it will take 5 minutes or so but that is not a reason to not get a Savage.
