Here's a little trick I use, to cut the perfect window trim when painting my lidz...

Insert two (NEW) exacto blades in your pen knife. You may have to spread the blade slot a hair to get them in. Use a small piece of a zip tie to seperate the 2 blades. The further you slide the zip tie down, the thicker the trim will be.
Just thought I'd share... :)

Yes. You will have to connects the lines with a single blade. I have a few pen knife setups on the bench while doing a paint job to make things easier...
