Updates! Yay!
Got another esc, and a new motor, and all work fine.
I re-located the radio to the front and deleted the two side plates because they stuck out from under the body and made it bulge, which looked terrible.
The esc is now on the battery tray all thanks to servo tape, and I now use a strap to keep the battery on.

Oh yeah! Almost forgot to mention I have a servo mounted on the underside of the front plate to raise and lower that plow. I used a splitter to power both diff lock servos. lol the servo doesn't work now, so I need to take it apart, but that's a project for another day.

Here's some photos

More updates!
She lives! Got the car working and the new motor is crazy! Probably gonna burn out in January or February, but it's good 🤷‍♂️. In order to keep my motors alive during the winter I want to build a protective case around it to keep water and dirt out. I'm probably gonna do a functional hood scoop or snorkel for air intake so i keep the motor cool and air flowing to it. Anyone crazy enough to try this?
