Ok so lately I've been on my phone shopping for parts and I've been noticing that everytime i look at a website i get an email from another website.
Like when i browse through amainhobby i get emails from tower hobbys wile I'm looking at amain. Am i crazy or what?

It's your browser doing the links. That's how they stay free. It's ad revenue for each time.
They might only get 1 cent per 100 links, but do it a million times a day and it ads up.
