ok I'm buying a new crank case cause i screwed up my other one and i was wondering if i need to break it in when i first use it and what would be the correct way of doing so

if u are not replacing the piston and sleeve - i see no reason that you would have to break in the engine again.

ya thats what i was thinking but i wasn't sure about it thanx

You will more than likely have to retune though. Depending on how hard it takes to get your piston/sleeve into it. Just a retune and all should be good.

Rebuild your carb while you have it down. Just replace the rubber seals and reseal everything. can't hurt ;)
