I need to replace my crank case due to a nasty hole in the bottom of it.

I am a bit worried about the screws that attach the motor to the motor mount. I think I have lost 2 of the screws.

Do they send new screws with the case?

No the screws that hold the motor to the mounts are not included. Check you manual for the size and either order some spares or grab a small pack from your LHS. If you order them think about getting some hardened ones like Hexcrew or Tony's screws, They'll hold up better.
 
I get most of my misc screws from my local hardware store. Here it is all metric and stainless steel. Good times...half my Savage is from there...lol
