Going by his pics, I would do it. Both appear to be clean and very well cared for. Go see them in person.

looks like they where taken care of, just see them start up and check to see how they do when the motor warmed up .

The Warhead is long discontinued so some parts are harder to find. It was a decent truck back in the day though.

i was kinda thinking that, maybe take the 200-250 and buy something that is easier to get parts?? idk

If $250 buys both, I'd be all over it. If he's wanting $250 each, take a pass. Remember, always consider nitro kits to be rollers unless the seller can clearly demonstrate that the engine is in good working order.
