A word to the wise. Be careful when you tighten down the high speed needle next time on your TRX 2.5. I tightened mine down a little to hard and check out the results. Game Over! To be honest I really didn't think I was cranking it down that hard. It felt like it was going nice and easy no pressure no resistance. What a piece of Sh!t. :arrr:

Sorry to hear that happend! What type of material is that carb made of?
 
You should never use an 18 volt DeWalt screw gun for such a delicate adjustment.
Just messin' with ya, but seriously, by the time you cracked the carb body, you had already damaged the rubber seal. If you were closing it to reset it, you should only have turned it in by hand.
