go to american CNC machining .com they have Really good cooling heads that will keep your temps down for a good price. i got one for my 2.5R and it keeps it about 20-30* cooler than the stock head

Although I will be looking for a better one in the future, I want a stock one for just right now. Anybody got one???

I have like three of em brother....lol. Make me an offer!

I stripped out the threads in the trx 2.5 cooling head, does anybody have one for me?

hold on a second... you stripped the THREADS in the HEAD? What threads? Do you mean you stripped the threads while attempting to screw down the head? If so that means you've stripped the threads in the BLOCK. You might be able to use a slightly longer screw if that is the case. I know because I've done it and I havn't had any loosening issues since I installed a longer screw.

I stripped the threads where the glowplug goes. I made that clear in another thread but it was quite a while ago so you probably don't remember. Really? Another screw? Longer you say? I would think they would come loose but you say otherwise? Hmm, you have given me plenty to think about.
