There were a few others but they really would not fit in a buggy. This one is pushing the dimensions but it's really thin so I ought to be able to either mount it on the center diff or the radio box.

WOAH! How big is that?

If that's what I think it is (PC backplane heat extractor) then it's gotta be about 3" wide, right?

I saw some guy with a small rc fan on his emaxx. It was made for rcs. I will try finding it and posting a link. I was only about the size of an esc. Sorry no dimensions. I think i saw at traxxas.com/readers rides.

Dude, those are just what the doctor ordered. Not only are they smaller they are smaller too. While being a bit more money I like the sizes better. The one I was previously looking at was 80X80X20 and the 2 I am looking at on your like are 50X50X15 and the other is 60X60X10. If I went for the 50X50X15 I would end up mounding it on the center diff. If I go with the 60X60X10 I can mount it on the radio box.

If you do get a squirell cage fan, try mounting it with the intake over the head, they are really efficient at bloing away the heat (exhausting) and all the hot air that's moved is replaced with cool air. I think it would work better that way..IMHO
