hi new to this just got a hpi something lol from a friend when u turn control nd car switch on it twiches and very fast goes out of range so far i hav changed the crystals and changed the aerial even tried removing the fail safe all that did was make the car start and run full throttle with no controls i realy am lost any ideas? all i know about the car is its hpi and has st2 on side of body.

have you tried to put new batteries in the receiver or transmitter? or charge the hump pack if it has one... with everything being checked thats just about all thats left lol

No nicks/cuts/bare wire on the antenna,good crystals,good batteries and good connections? The next thing to try is a different radio or receiver.
