Can't give you the help you need, but can tell you that one of the first questions that will be asked of you is what engine are you talking about (brand and size)?

OOPS SOrry about that.. its a s-25 savage engine

GTA you say you installed an oil hole that concerns me. Maybe I just don't know what the hell you are talking about. Are you talking about something with the backplate of the motor?? By the way if you call HPI they will probably warranty your one way bearings. I have read of other guys getting them warrantied no problem. However if it only has 20 tanks on it it really sounds like there is something wrong with the motor. Umm is it possible you ever ran it without the airfilter or the back plate came off and you sucked something up there. Did you threadlock your back plate as a precaution???

yup. all of it was thread locked. and the side of the conrod facing the backplate is the part where the aluminium shred came from. no i never ran it without the airfilter. :(

my S-25 backplate backed off and shreaded the bearing after about half a gallon, HPI is about to send me a new engine.

which bearing? and how did u communicate them? please advice.... thnx... i really want to make my truck going without probs... thnx

GTA he is referring to the one way bearing I believe. They go bad quite frequently on the new S-25 motors. You would have to call them to let them know you are sending it it. Search the HPIracing website for the customer service number. I know they are on holiday break rgith now but someone should be ther for ur phone call.
