Just thought i'd tell everyone the condition of my maxx right now. Ok it has no steering assembly, no shocks, No fuel Tank, No exhaust pipe, no skid plates, no chassis braces, and EZ-Start is slippin. This is my first truck ever, and i have all the relacement parts coming in the mail right now. I think if i get it all back together without any problems, i dont think i will be a noob anymore. Also, the battery cover, hex screw is stripped so i dont know what i will do after my battery's die. Any help with the stripped screw would be greatly appreciated. I have ordered the big bore shocks becuase i heard nothing but reviews on it.

If you have a Dremel, you can use a cutting wheel to cut a slot in the head of the screw, then simply remove it with a flat head screwdriver.

i dont think we have one. anymore suggestions? sorry for being pest lol

Well if you don't have a Dremel tool you might be able to pick up a easy out tool at the hardware store, I just don't know if they come in a small enough size for the screw you are trying to remove. But a Dremel tool or a rotary tool of some kind is a good tool to have in this hobby.
