I finally finished building her. Here's one of my favorite showroom type pics:

I'll break her in tomorrow or this evening, whichever I feel like. Probably PO the neighbors and fire her up in the wee hours of the morning in my house so I can run a few tanks through her before she hits the road to finish the break in period.

It looks good. Hope u enjoy it. I give u 2days to break something. lol

I got to give you a painting class EL. I know you have pride in Columbia so why do you do her so wrong with that paint job!

Actually there's only one visible flaw in that pic. I wish I could mask a bit better but the way I figure it she's only going to look like that for a few days then she's all dirty never to be cleaned again.

Oh and thanks for offering to buy me a body and paint it for me... I mean put up or shut up!

Well he almost got the colors right.....The yellow looks a little dark...

But who the hell am I to judge...my bodies dont look much better.

One more color and you could enter it in the Gay Pride parade.

Looking good, I must say it look 100% better than my buggy.
Let us know how it runs.

 Um, meh, no comment. :no_commen

Never mind thought of something, you can always run without a body

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the world of 1/8 scales. You made a solid choice and I doubt you will regret it. Good luck with it!

It looks good to me EP. Nice job.

You said you have trouble masking. What are you using to do your masking?
I used 3m blue masking tape. I masked the whole body except the blue area and painted that, then peeled off the red area and painted that followed by the yellow.

That is too clean! It looks like ur getting ready to take her out. I want to see the pics after u break her in. Cute little girl.

The only think not brand new on it was the pipe, which I thought would work better than the stock pipe and the exhaust deflector I had laying in my tool box.

Looking good,
That frisbee looking servo horn looks like a disaster waiting to happen.

Is the unit attached to the side of your RC Aftermarket?

Why, please enlighten me? The book said have the servo arm 20mm from the center of the servo and that was the only thing I had even close, though it's only 19.5 mm. I suppose I could shave it down to be an arm rather than a disk. Why is it an accident waiting to happen?

Yeah, found it at the Dollar Store. Want one?

7 tanks of fuel through her right now and I have to say I made a good choice from the recomendations from you guys, however I have nothing to base this off of since this is the first buggy I have owned let alone seen in action. I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with a 2 speed transmission but as I am seeing it does not need it. That GS 21 has some cajones in her.

Lookin' good, El P! So we'll see it flying around in some videos soon, I imagine?

Uhh... You haven't repeated the name in this thread. This is the Kyosho Inferno MP-7.5 Sport, right?

Flight training is over. She's really front heavy for some reason. I'm going to need to do a little the lighten the front end before the real flying begins.
