I will have all the parts for my sons ad xxx nt Friday but still have a question that has not been answered. On the OS TR .12 the crankshaft that comes out of the engine has an drive hub on it that needed to be removed before I could install the collet but the collet is round and the crankshaft has two flat sides on it where the drive hub used to fit. Do I press the collet on it anyway. If so will it hold. Keep in mind that every engine that I own has a shaft that is round and this doesn’t look right.

XXX what?
You may have to cut the shaft depending on what you have.
Don't worry about the flat parts just slide the collet on and then the flywheel.

ad xxx, I would assume Eddy he means a XXXNT Drake. Yes there is a flat side on all OS crank shafts, just slide the collet on as you normally would, then your flywheel. it will be fine. I have OSs in two of my Ts both are this way and I have never had a single probem with them.

No problem, so did you get the mill installed yet? Lets see some pics. Which pipe and header combo are you going with, since the drake header wont fit the OS tr?

yes, i installed it already, but i wasn't sure if it was right. i got an RD logics 1pc. pipe. here's a pic down below i uploaded earlier. tomorrow it ought to be running. let you know how the break-in goes.
