Wait, so you bought 3 stock s-25 pullstarts or 3 stock collari pullstarts?

broke the one with the motor bought one pull start broke that one rewrapped it with similar cord broke that then got thicker cord at the lhs and havent had a prob yet. Wrap the pullstart that came with the motor with thicker cord also just in case. Didnt actually buy three collari pullstarts sorry for misleading info.

My pull start is dead. I'm waiting on the roto. I rebuilt mine 3 times.

70.99 for a backplate?!?! I'll stick to my pullstart thank you very much!

No lie, thats insane. I'd have 270ish into the Collari. I'm not sure that if I had 270 to spend on a motor, I'd pick the collari. Well at least until its a proven motor.....

Yeah, but on the first link it is $209... i think the pull start costs about the same are the roto backplate.

Either one is expensive the pull start is actually a sirio .27 pull start - and I have not received any prices from werks for the price on the RS backplate

If it is really a sirio .27 pull start, then why have so many people broken strings on the collari and i havent snapped one on my sirio? Is it just the same housing and one-way?

I am chiming in late but....
You have got to be kidding me they want that much for the roto plate set up.
That is crapola to me and if there is a $10 difference between pull and Roto
I would go Roto and what about without both???
Is the motor going to be $120 then???

Geeze that is gouging the pocket book IMO
