Well Last night I gave my buddy his Slash for Christmas, "his wife said he couldn't spend the money on one but she didn't say that I couldn't spend the money":hehe: We took it out of the box and did a little slash racing. It was 25 deg out and icey so there was lots of sliding. After 10 mins he snapped the plastic upright in the front. After we pulled the one off my sons rustler and headed back out he snapped a nerf bar. plastic parts and cold just don't mix....
 
broke my front shock tower,all body mounts and rear axle carrier,but i love the snow and i didnt buy it to sit.
 
lol yeah, plastic hates cold weather....oh well though.
 
fyi towerhobbies has really fast shipping.fyi its freakin 64 outside here and the parts i orderd from e-bay still arent here!!!!
 
Cold hurts.
A few years ago my neighbor had a hobby shop and was outside ripping up and down the gravel lot with his 2.5 Tmaxx, while a customer's new car was sitting on the side idling its' first tank of fuel.
You guessed it, he lost it and slammed dead into the ass of the one sitting there and the two cars absolutely EXPLODED because it was so cold.

Forgive me, but I'm even laughing now, just thinking about it. When I saw it happen, it was absolutely hysterical....uh, because neither of them were mine.

You are a cruel man! LMAO!!! Had to be a LONG LONG time ago--that break-in method is SOOO old school...
