I have some pitting on my piston and some burrs on the clyinder head. can I clean up the head with my dremel or will i take off to much metal that will cause an air leak. any suggestions??? I'm not sure what to do. I can't keep her running and I'm running out of options!!!!!!!

I would suggest not taking a dremel to it. Now would be a good time to rebuild or replace. If you can get the parts to rebuild cheap, then that's and option, if not, you should be able to find a suitable replacement for cheap.

could the pitting and burrs cause it to not be able to tune it correctly it will start but cannot keep it running at any rpm

If it was me I would be replacing rather than trying to fix..
It may work but wont be as good as before it happened..
Guess there is no harm in trying though...

If i remember correctly, Pitting is caused from running to lean..Or.. running to too hot of a glow plug..Or.. not shimmed properly or using too long of a glow plug...
I even think sometimes the glow plug element can sometimes fall off into the piston sleeve and cause pitting too...

I changed fuel from 30% back to 20% could that caused my problems. I did retune after i went back to 20%

I think you burned it up. Go back to factory settings and see if it'll run. If it doesn't then I would get a new mill. A new piston and sleeve may not be enough by itself. It's a 3.3 right? For the cost of those two pieces plus bearings, conrod and a plug you could have a whole new 3.3 with a new pullstart on it.
