I have had my tmaxx for about five years now and have not drove it in a while because i blew up the first engine and i got a new pro .15. Well i have been having trouble stripping the spur gear so i got a robinson racing steel one and now it is wearing down and eventually stripping the clutchbell

The robinson racing spur gear is hardend, and if it is running agianst a non heat treated cb it will strip it. You should buy a Robinson Racing Clutch bell now. It will stop your problems. Even if the mesh is good, it will eat normal clutch bells.

rcboys on ebay sells there stuff pretty reasonable too ,
if your looking for more top end i have hardened 22t bell w/beaings that was matched to a rrp steel spur ,i went to stock spurs for a week link ,cheaper to fix then a tranny part
but anyway lemme know if interested
rick

btw: make sure your mesh is ok also ,that will tear things up in a hurry if too loose or even too tight ,found out the hard way tearing up a few spurs with in minutes of startup lmao
just my :2cents:
