Ofna aluminum 3 shoe is OK.................

I think the HPI composite 3 shoe is still a good cheap clutch.

Is the aluminum shoes better then the composite shoes?? or should i go with a sliding clutch or 4 shoe instead of 3

Aluminum shoes have better grab. I would definitley recommend going with a three shoe aluminum. I run the adjustable 3 shoe from Nova and it's the best I've had so far, but I've never had the XTM you speak of so I can't say how the two compare.

Yes I'm running the xtm sliding clutch on a mach 26 and it's awesome! Very easy to install and grabs like nothing else I've used, much more positive than the 3 shoe hpi I was using.

Well i went ahead and ordered the nova shoes, tell ya how they are once i run em.. and should i got with the Pro-Line 40 Series Velocity 6 and big joes or anyother ideas and if i put the servo saver mod on would i have to change my servo since the tire are bigger?
