clutch bell came off engine

got almost a gallon through my savage and i take the engine out to clean it and i notice the retaining washer and screw came off the engine, clutch bell was loose the whole time, no damage at all done to spur gear, thank god. :whhooo: this is a new one on me, ill just have to find the stuff at me LHS :constipat

Yup, put a little loc tite on the retaining screw and torque it down! Otherwise it will just spin off the first time out..............I've lost a couple myself!

Be sure to use the Blue, not Red.

Yup definitely loctite that bad boy you will have no more problems and your savage will be very happy. :redbuggy:

Like dinkin said use the BLUE not the the RED on the CB, that way is yo ever want to change it you can without any grief.
