We started building a house in Feb. and now the time has come to close on it.
Its nothing spectacular but its just what we need. 3br/2ba 1363 Sq Feet.
Quick specs, Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, laminate wood floors in the kitchen and living room, tile in the bathrooms, pebble berber carpet in the bedrooms and hallway, 12x6 master closet, tile shower, jacuzzi style tub but with no jets, 2" wood blinds. thats all i can think of now. These pics are about a week old so its alot cleaner now

Very nice man, good luck with it. Nothing like a fresh built home... Love the cathedral ceilings throughout the house...

I like the way the house is laid out and it looks bigger than 1400 sq ft. That all glass shower is awesome, I really like the look of them. Congrats on it finally being yours!!

I love the layout, very nice looking. Now go plant some grass :D

haha, the pictures are from a week or so ago. they laid down some niice St. Augustine yesterday and we're watering it 8 hours a day.

The pictures make the rooms seem small but they really aren't that bad IMO.

You can have the spare room and one bathroom. rent is 1200 a month plus utilities and you will be expected to maintain the yard. $700 cash deposit required.

When can we expect you :)

lol so that huge closet is for rc shelf space right??

lol congrats man!

haha, i wish. thats for the wife's clothes. I get the garage. I am going to be hanging 4 rather large flourescent lights in there to make sure its super bright.

yea i got told the same thing :( something about ruining carpet pff i dunno where they would get that idea anywho congrats man place looks great

i like it man! congrats!! the design is very nice.

i found some great garage lights on the home depot site, they are 4ft dual florescent fixtures and the case is chrome diamond plate. plus there only about 27 bux a piece!

well after 3 days of work, i am 99% moved in. I still have the freezer and enetertainment center at the aprtment. Owning a home is a GREAT feeling for sure. I knocked out the first round of add-ons this weekend and i am worn out. We bought some sweeeet hunter fans and i put a 54" in the bedroom and a 60" in the living room. The 60" came with a remote and its the greatest thing ever to not have any strings hanging and control everything from the remote. over 6K CFM with the large one. woooooooo

Then my wife decided a garage door opener would be great so i spent Sunday afternoon installing that little gem. NEVER again will i install a garage door opener in 95 degree heat. The garage and attic both felt like furnaces.
