Yesterday while I was beating the living crap out of my ROCK I cleared the road and landed hard. The batteries popped out but good thing I ran out of gas:bow:. I was looking at it and noticed when I break it starts clicking like it's forcing the carb to move. I really don't no what it is. So anyone with the 2.5 or knows anything about this mysterious carb click please help me. THANKS

Try Re-TIghtening the Carb. My Brick Came with a mildly loose carb. Tightened it and the temps went down a little. Now it runs at about 275º's.

Damnit, my brick is'nt a 2.5...

I would try to tighten the carb down, and make sure everything is nice and tight, if it happens when you brake, maybe the linkage is clicking on something.

If you want a speed upgrade...the 2.5 wont let ya down. BTW: I'm following you.:hehe: its called Boredom.

Hmm. I think i got it. The metal bar that connects the linkage to the brake pads might be broken. Check that out.
