Gone - bye bye.
On one of the Rustlers that I bought last week (a thread titled "Double Rust" will soon be in the projects section),apparently the kid had left batteries in the remote for a long period and they must have leaked a lil because there's some corrosion on the contacts where they meet the batteries. It's not like acid leaked out all over the compartment or anything, just the corrosion on someof the contacts. What should I use to clean them? I know on a car battery the acid in a coke will eat the corrosion right off and leave the battery posts and terminals sparkling clean, but obviously I wouldn't pour coke in my transmitter, so what would you guys recommend?
