what do you guys use to clean bearings. breakparts cleaner, degreaser?

I have spare bearings to get the truck back together quickly. For the the used bearings, I will remove the seals and let them soak in brake cleaner - in a sealed container - for a while. Usually ends up being a few days or weeks before I get back to them. I'll clean them up with a paper towel, and put into new brake cleaner and agitate to remove the last of the grim. Any bearings that do not move smoothly are tossed. Then I will grease them and put back into the spare bearing pile to be used next time. New bearings are cheap so I do not spend much time if they are not smooth after soaking.

i dont need clean them

i extra grease them when they are new.
Put alot grease then they do 2-4 times life vs dry stock bearings

they come almost dry.

All you need do is extra grease them WELL, add them 80% full with grease.
Then never worry again.

If stock greasing last 20 runs,
you will do 40-80 runs with extra grease.
Then buy new and extra grease them again befor install

ok thanks but should i use grease or oil for lubrication? which works best

GREASE

alot grease , extra grease , fill them almost full with marine grease
cheap , and awsome
buy big pack marine Grease

NEWER OIL bearings if you are not a super pro racer that needs 1 second faster lap maybe

Marine grease handles alot stress, all, salt, everything, highspeed rpm.,s also

Best grease ever

What type of bearing. Only need oil. In these rc bearings. I never thought to pack wit grease. Unless it's a 1.1 vehicle bearing. 3 n 1 oil is best in my opinion
