Hi there everyone , I am looking to purchase a new buggy . What do you think I should go for, looking for something strong.

Losi 8
Hyper 8 Pro
Mp777SP2

Come on boys and girls I value your opinion.

Thank you

Max

The pros and cons of these buggys have been disscused on here a lot. You can go thru this section and read up on each.
What do you mean by "strong"?
Now, I guess this is just for racing? If so, I would say Losi, then Hyper, then sp2. I am not a huge fan of the K buggies, but the other 2 are great choices.IMO. The Hyper 8 does not have a huge following in the States like in Europe, but it has done well over there. The Losi has some servo issues that seem to have fixes for, but you will have to read up on them. The Hyper is a great "bang for the buck" over here.

The last buggy I had was a Jammin FTE and REALLY liked it, very stout, and did well for me.

But it comes down to drives preferance. What are you running now?

I suggest get the buggy with redily available spare parts locally to you. I made the mistake of losi 8 and currently have been waiting 3 weeks for parts from the states to Australia!

Very good post. If you bash and are patient on waiting go ahead an buy what you want.

If you are not patient or race and time is of the essence, Look to what is available to you readlily and go from there.

I have a Hyper pro at the moment , and although the parts are cheap and easily available , it does not seem to have the handling caracteristics as the 8 or Mp777 , . I use this buggy for racing and is a fantastic racer but thought that the more expensive the better and stronger!! I guess tha is not always the case

You might also want to look at one not mentioned - the X-Ray XB-8 tq. The parts are made there and they're supposed to be the "luxury buggy."
