Been awhile since I've been around the parts....I use to rule off-topic

Still have my Savage with light mods, with hardly any run time, couple of helis and planes, and a non brushless but fast mini-t. I'm really looking to pick up a rag, a soldering iron and a pistol grip and get back in the game. I'm planning on buying and tuning a RC18t for carpet or parking lot racing.

I've just got to many hobbies to handle. Jetskiing took ALL of my money and time, RC cars, modified goped, detailed models, and video games.

Since the last time I was here I've joined the Marine Corps. I'm in Fort Sill, OK and just finished up my artillery forward observer course and leaving for Southern Cali next saturday for naval gun fire course. I'll be there a month before leaving for my perm duty station where ever that might be. The bug is really hitting me. On my initial "go home and grab poop run" I'm gonna get my mini's chargers and basic tools. Gotta keep the space small since I'm living in the barracks.

It REALLY sucks not having my shop, my tool box, my big work tables, and all the nice resources I had at home. Just gotta keep it simple I guess.

but, just dropping a line and letting you guys know I may start lurking around and spamming again.....

For those of you who remember me...heres some pics for ya

Welcome back, it's good to see the 'itch' never fully goes away. (I had a 'condition' like that once, a big ol shot of antibiotics took care of it). :D

I salute you for your decision to serve our country. Be safe and God Bless.

Welcome back. Nice to see older members make it back to say hi. Keep the savage and run her when you can, clean her up and then store her again.

Welcome again, dude.

Jon

Blast from the past.

Welcome back.

Welcome back. I didn't know you when you were here before, but I look forward to getting to know you. If theres anything that I can do to help you get back in the groove, just let me know. I've had about 30 rigs this past year, so you can imagine the spare parts and tools and such that I've collected. I appreciate your commitment to protect our country and the courage that it took to stand up and raise your hand, and I will do anything in my power to help you out. I know it's hard to get access to hobby shops and such while you're in the barracks, so if you need something just shoot me a PM, and if I don't have it, I'll do everything in my power to get it for you and ship it.

Thanks again for your service, God Bless you!

wow wasn't you like 16 back in the day you hung around here alot?
