this link was one of the adverstisements on the bottom of the RCNT page. TRAXXAS products $100 off look at the prices... the regular prices for most of the Nitro products are $520, but with like the amount of money off it comes down to like $330 or the regular price it should be at... what a rip off... i thought this was funny.

Yeah but that is played by man companies, the 'retail' on a Tmaxx at my LHS is $730 but the LHS discount price is '$490 lol.. Sportmaxx is $435 so yeah if you don't do a little research before buying you can get ripped as I was going to buy my sportmaxx at the LHS when I first decided to get into RC.

That site sucks, price for a rustler 570? I dont think so. Retail is about 500 but that means that it loses about 200 so it really costs 300 or 250. Towerhobbies is the best, check there for prices to compare with.

Ad to this that now T Maxx's are about $70.00 off at alot of different wholesalers. Makes you wonder if the Traxxas truck just doesn't sell anymore or like when the Savage .21 went cheap a few months before the .25 was anounced.:shhh:

Some prices at my LHS:
T-Maxx- $399
Sport-Maxx- $319
Savage .21- $389
Savage .25- $429
Rustler 2.5- $299

For a hobby store these are very competitive prices. You have to be these days with internet stores and eBay.
