So what the easiest way to accurately set up things like the caster, camber, toe in/out? I've been eyeballing it or using a ruler, but there has to be a better way.

Check out the Hudy set up station for truggies.I friend has one and we set up both Revos one morning.What a difference in precision steering/stability/cornering.Its pricey but now I want one.I would like to do this ever time before race day.
