now after my last problem i was slightly dis-heartened by how many people just slagged my truck off, although i appreciated some of your input as a few of you were spot on with a cure so thanks to the lads that helped.

Next is not a problem just a general question, I've got the tamiya f350 high lift after many weeks of searching for accesaries and goodies for my truck i decided to save the money and i want to know if you lads would agree that i spent my money on the following items to get my truck spot on for crawling.

1) cc-01 trail finder chassis
2) R2 black 2 speed DIG tranny
3) 110mm black shocks

All will be purchased from rc4wd :\

I think you would end up with more of a Scaler with Dig and a 2 speed tranny, if you are looking for a full on rock crawler you will need to get a crawler chassis not a scaler chassis. Shock length would be determined by your chassis and set up, 110mm might be to long. Also the RC4WD Tranny's are not the best route for a full on crawler, as for the 2 speed I don't know if they are comp legal.

I know the actual cc-01 scalers have VERY little flex and like curtis said is a scaler chassis.

I have both the trail finder chassis & a East End Machining comp crawler chassis ill be posting up fs real soon.
