I have a Five Star 5501 NiCD charger. I am unsure of the meter. Am I supposed to charge it all the way down to "0" or until it gets off the green section of the meter?

BTW: Yes, I know it's Photoshopped. I was bored :D.

Well, I drained my battery. Charged it and on the battery it said to charge it for X Minutes on X Amps. So I did, and found out that I need to charge until it hits 0, just like on Discharge. Anyways, are NiCD chargers compatible with NiMH batteries or do I need a NiCD/NiMH Charger?

Unless things have changed in the last few years that I don't know about I would say you need a charger that does NiCD. I have a older charger I use to charge my AA batteries and it has a selector switch for NiCD and NiMH. Someone else may know better than me but thats what I know about it. Hope this helps.
