Changing your mouse curssor?

I got the one i want downloaded but how do i change it?

Ok i have to unzip it first. I'm a computer noob. How do i unzip something?
Its running XP. I figured out how to change the currsor the one i downloaded just isnt there.

right click on zip file and click "extract"

Can someone go to wincustomize.com. Pick out a mouse curssor and walk me threough it? I have them unzipped but still lost.

I figured it out. You have to downloadload some program and it works...
